I have a Yanmar 1300d tractor it just wants to run at full throttle. When I first got it I had to replace the starter switch and bleed the air out of the fuel system. It ran fine I could increase and decrease the speed of the engine. It sat for 7 months and now it just wants to run at full throttle.

You have a Gray Market tractor. So it's difficult for people to relate.

The inj pump control rack is probably stuck from old fuel.
If it has a side plate right below the inj pump, remove it to gain access to the inj pump control rack and try to move it back and forth..
Bump the engine to get it on other cylinders and try moving it back and forth..
Don’t force it to much.!!
Just about everything is brittle..
