xuv 620i idling problems

I have a john deere 620i xuv gator that runs very roughly and surges when it is first started and cold. It seems as if it is only running on one cylinder but once the gator warms up for about ten minutes it seems to run properly. I have replaced the plugs and checked all of the electrical connections. Any input or ideas about the problem would be great.

Surging is a sign of a lean condition. You have EFI so it maybe something to do with it. Only other thing would be fuel filter or not enough fuel pressure. Ten minutes is too long for an EFI to warm up, you may need to see your dealer
