That's a pretty heavy tractor.  I wouldn't use it for much yard work if you have a nice, finely groomed lawn.   For rough cutting field grass, it would work fine.    I occasionally run my tractor across the lawn but try to do it only when the ground has a few days to dry out after rain.   If the ground is soft, it will leave impressions in the lawn.   I plug my lawn with my zero turn.
Edited to add -- I have R4 Tires.  You can do better on lawns with turf tires.
