Ford, XR4046H
With my old Ford 801 backhoe was able to "pull" the tractor when it was stuck or to move it when digging.
Sure many of you have done this with a backhoe, the new back hoe on the 4046H does not seem to have much pulling power for the tractor. Had the brakes off, loader bucket up, stablizers up. Did not try with Hydro shifter in neutral, could this be the reason or just not enough pull with this back hoe for the tractor size?

If the hydro is in gear (L,M,H) it will be hard to move the tractor. If in neutral, the BH should easily pull the tractor. I don't have the factory BH but have an old Woods BH750 w/sub frame I fitted on my XR3037HC and it does the same thing.
If the hydro is in gear the tractor doesn't move (unless you are on a steep grade) but in neutral it will free wheel.

Thanks,
Not use to having a hydro transmission so makes sense to have the gear shift in neutral just as with a gear tractor.
