Good point, I knew that but failed to mention in my post. What I don’t know is laws around attaching the tractor to the trailer, particularly the placement and number of attaching points. Seems the state of TN wants to keep that information hidden or has no guidance on the matter.

I'll venture to say they'll have abundant 'guidance' if they decide to pull you over- meantime they will keep it hidden, under 'ignorance of the law is no excuse'!

I'd offer a 'guess': one binder/wheel and at least one per implement...
