Mowing x749/62C mower High pitch noise

My machine has a high pitch noise that sounds like metal rubbing but cannot pinpoint where it is comming from or if it is the normal sound when running the mower. Does anyone else have this sound when they run there mower deck? It has done it from the beginning.

Normal, and coming from the gear box. It will lessen with some wear.
Check it out with your dealer and see what he says. At least get it in writing that you noticed the noise in case something happens later.
