x720 value?

Just a quick question. A friend of mine has an x720, 54c deck with 430 hours for $5500. Is this an okdeal for one? He is also the original owner of it.

Seems OK. For contrast, 3 years ago I gave $5,350 for my X720 / w 54C deck. 2008 model, and it had 389 hours on it.
