John Deere X738
Want to upgrade from my Big Box 54" rider to something that can also pull a roller and cart on 2.5 acres.

Found a 2017 John Deere X570 with less than 90 hours on it in great shape - negotiated with buyer for a $3750 price. Haven't committed to buy yet.

Thoughts and Comments welcome!

About half price with only 90 hrs isn't bad. The deck rollers, seat, paint, look good. If it was stored inside out of the sun, the tires will last a long time. How is the battery? Under deck and under hood condition? If good, go for it. Lots of people around here run the x700 series (Big lawns) which is one step up. For a normal sized lawn, it will do great.

That is roughly 20 hours use per year so if engine oil was changed is a good price. Would look under the deck to see what blades look like but from external appearance seems like a good price.

Almost pulled the trigger on this before deciding to go all in on a John Deere X738 with 317 hours, still with a bit more than a year of warranty left. Final price $9k

Yes! That is a huge upgrade over the x570 for sure. Better tires, 4x4, the vac attachment, bigger deck, better seat, etc.....good deal.
