would this fit a 3240?

That is not a Q/A type mount. It looks like a pin on. I have a 3240 and rolled my own. I purchased a used plow off Craiglist and had a welder put on a Q/A plate. The $900 seems high as there have been some on our local Craigslist ready to go for less than that.

If you do not have a QA it will fit. Even if the spacing does not fit. You can cut the old brackets off with a angle grinder. Then weld them in proper place. Curtis now has bolt on brackets to hook up to a blade to just about any loader.
