Woods Brushog

What would be a fair price for a used 1998 Woods MD184-2 (8ft) brushhog?

In the area of West Tn most dealers will ask anywhere between $1400-$2000. If it is in excellent condition I woud say anything under $1850 would be a reasonable price.
