I'm looking for some advice on buying a chipper. I believe I have it narrowed down to either a Woodmax WM-8H (Hydraulic feed) or a Wallenstein BXM 32 or 42. I have Kubota L3830 with PTO 30.5hp. I have 50 acres of land that I'm cleaning up that is about 60% pine. I've read positive comments on each. Discriminators at this point is the Woodmax has free shipping and the hydraulic feed is adjustable. The Wallenstein has the shredding capability and is made in North America. Shipping appears to be extra with the Wallenstein and the price is higher. But price isn't the primary factor in making a selection. Thanks for your feedback.
