Maybe this troll should not be authorizing payment of the invoices we receive each month from TBN for being a major sponsor of this forum. To replay this thread, someone made a comment about receiving poor customer service at one of our locations. We do not like that any more than the person that had that experience does. Our response was to ask where this occurred so we could address it. A reasonable and proactive response, most would agree. To be characterized as a troll for doing so, and in the same post see a comment about not sponsoring TBN when in fact we are a major sponsor, is an example of how well intentioned user forums sometimes come off the rails. I am active on this forum to assist, and yes, help promote RK Tractors. Feedback has been positive, mostly because forum users can hear directly from the tractor brand. We feel privileged to participate, and do so with full knowledge and support of TBN, and sponsor the site because nothing is free and it is appropriate that we support this platform.
