Maybe this troll should not be authorizing payment of the invoices we receive each month from TBN for being a major sponsor of this forum. To replay this thread, someone made a comment about receiving poor customer service at one of our locations. We do not like that any more than the person that had that experience does. Our response was to ask where this occurred so we could address it. A reasonable and proactive response, most would agree. To be characterized as a troll for doing so, and in the same post see a comment about not sponsoring TBN when in fact we are a major sponsor, is an example of how well intentioned user forums sometimes come off the rails. I am active on this forum to assist, and yes, help promote RK Tractors. Feedback has been positive, mostly because forum users can hear directly from the tractor brand. We feel privileged to participate, and do so with full knowledge and support of TBN, and sponsor the site because nothing is free and it is appropriate that we support this platform.

A troll? A simple look at anyones profile posts and you could tell theyre not a troll.

Piling on in my view is a weakness, if you were really concerned with RK supporting this forum you could have started a thread or sent him a PM.
Speaking of support, I dont see supporting member under your user name.

Btw I loved his response to the dog food comment!

Why would you wait? When I cannot get service I call the store and ask for the manager. I tell them the department I am in and that I cannot get service.
Do you think if you are there to make a large purchase they would not come running?

I called RK and talked to the manager about the tractors, he gave me his cell number and told me the hours he worked but also said if I came on a day he was off to call and he would be there 20 minutes later. I went on his scheduled work day and called him when I arrived. He spent over an hour with me answered all my questions and let me take a test drive. Out of all the tractors I have owned or looked at not one sounded as sweet and quiet as that Yanmar engine!

That should not have to happen. Every customer that walks into any store should get the same service. There should be no reason to have to contact a manager ahead of time.

RK is a paying advertiser and the Rep is here quite often, though sometimes with some unnecessary snark like the pet food forum comment. I think he tries to joke around a bit, but that comes off dry in typed words.

I avoid the EA threads and posts as they seem kinda 'spammy' to me.

Every dealer has had the misfortune of hiring a poor salesman. I went to a Kubota dealer and was not treated very well by Bubba, and ended up buying a Kubota from a different dealer. A bad experience should not be an indictment of the brand, just the person, and maybe dealership, that did not provide you with the info you were looking for.
