Where should I tap into the electrical system to power the solenoid on a hydraulic diverter valve?
This one has a little LED in the Hirschmann connector, so I can tell if it's on, and if I stay with the momentary pushbutton switch I can't really run the battery down. So, I could connect directly to the battery, but then I'd want an inline fuse.
Or, I could tap into the fuse block, on a key-switched circuit (like lights). Or somewhere else.. (Would I need a diode?)
If you have one, where do you get 12v?
