WIPER MOTOR WONT WIPE?

Hti Fellow Members,
I have a 06' Kubota L-4330hstc, last winter the rear wiper blade was "streaking", so last week i replaced with the same type of blade(anco),today i just tried new blade etc, motor turned on made 2 swipes, then got stuck. I then lifted the blade off the glass, and the blade in my hand was going back and forth!, when i put back on glass, not enough power to go again and stays running but not swiping....ANY IDEAS? New Motor?

Sounds like the arm is slipping on the motor shaft ???

thanks hr3, with the motor off, i'm able to pick up the blade and is "moves" freely about 3" right and left, i tried tightening blade arm to shaft as much as can be, will look again tommorow, not sure if there should be any play when off.
