Windshield hinge question RTV1100

My windshield was offset to the right and would not latch closed. I loosened the hinges and adjusted the hinges in order to latch it but the hinges didn't look right to me. Are they supposed to be bent they way they are or did they get messed up and need bending back straight?

They do look bent but I'm not sure if they are supposed to be that way. Hopefully another member with an RTV 1100 will post pics of theirs to compare.
