There is one computer in our office that has a LOT of favorites bookmarked within IE. Is there an easy way to move all these old favorites into a single folder also within IE without losing them and without having to click on each and every one? Can I use Explorer to do the deed quicker?

In Windows XP, the IE favorites are housed in the directory of C:\Documents and Settings\ profile name \Favorites. You can use Explorer to multi-select the ones you want to move.

I'm not sure what your final goal is- but you can use the "Import/Export" command under the File menu in IE which will allow you to export the favorites into another folder/directory.
