Winch added to the oliver oc3

Made/mounted a bracket on the oliver I considered selling and installed a winch (firewood extraction)

Has rear pto (belt and 6 spline), also gear starter conversion, distributor conversion, Auxiliary transmission conversion, list goes on

I like it! I've been keeping an eye out for a model A trans. to add an aux. to mine.

Curious about the distributor conversion, does yours the IXB engine?

What do you mean by gear starter conversion?

Love the patina on that machine!

Mated a farmall distributor in place of old magneto and also got rid of the points, using one of the new optical systems

Gear starter is not really a “conversion” I guess, just changed out old for a new geared starter (reduction for easy starting)

The auxiliary transmission is handy for drive and pto control. Also gas and hydraulic tanks are moved outboard on loader frame, battery moved in closer to engine making more room

Thanks, plan on doing a full restoration one day, mechanical for now, I did drive it up and down the driveway once but it needs a lot of work.

With the blade it really needs the aux. trans.

This one has a fairly new Mag on the it so I'm probably going to leave it.
Biggest thing I know i need right now is a radiator, might see if the radiator repair places around me can re-core it.

Don't blame you, radiators are hard to find it seems. Mine has a leak but also is missing about 1/4 of the core and was soldered up at some point in its life, the tanks seem to still be ok.
