Will a Trac-Vac 580 work with BX2350

I may have a chance to buy a used Trac-Vac 580, but I want to make sure that it will work with my BX2350. Thanks.

The most expensive piece would be the boot to fit the deck. I've hooked several up to the BX's. Trac-Vac is one of the better makes!

I agree,Trac-vac works great with a BX for sure.The boot will not be cheap I think I saw one on e-bay for a 54" deck new with a buy it now for $135.I run their model 880 behind my Bx2230 a love it. Good luck,check your prices this time of year used is at a higher price and demand is up always in the fall

I have a older Trac Vac 580 on my BX24 with a 54 inch mower, works good. Much cheaper to buy the Agri Fab boot and chop it up to fit then to get the Kubota boot. I was even able to make a mount that allows me not to remove the Kubota guard to put on the trac vac boot. I will try to get some pictures tonight. And try to find that part number.

Good news, found a Agri Fab vac closer to home going to look at it tomorrow, its the hard sided model with a 5 hp motor and 6" intake.

Hmm maybe mine isnt a 580 then, its a 5hp briggs engine full metal cart and hood and 6 inch hoses

Just for everybodys info, you can get a 6" boot from TSC for about $40.
You have to cut the opening to fit your deck, but its real easy.

It works pretty well. I used mine for my Trac-Vac (not sure which model) and although it clogged a few times, it beat the heck out of raking all those leaves - plus it gave me seat time on my BX2230.
