What wild flower seeds have you had the best luck with, and which company do you recommend. I am in zone 6. Getting ready for spring planting, thanks

I have had great success with coneflowers, indian paint blankets. I often plant some black oil sunflowers and have great success with those too. Last year I ordered some Zinnia's that did great. Just tilled the plot lightly and planted before a rain.

I'm in Zone 8A

Speaking of wildflowers, anyone know the secret to getting lupine to grow? See semi-overgrown fields, roadside embankments, etc. covered with them, but can't seem to get them to grow at the house. :(

They came from a wildflower seed package from Vermont and they grew. End of season, after pods dried, I took seeds out and sprinkled over area. They grew. I also started them in pots and replanted last year, we'll see how they spread this spring, in a few months.
Just watched the video, mine are deep blue, and the flowers never got that tall. Maybe were we live.
