Finally checked my loader - it has minor hairline cracks radiating out 1/4" from each corner cover bolt hole. One crack per threaded hole going outward toward front and rear of cross member. My KL120 serial number is 40515055, 128 hours on CK20H, purchased 12/2004. I've given it fairly serious use to the point that the bucket bushings are loosening(always greased at 10 hour interval). But have not put heavy "twisting" action on bucket or frame. Rear tires are loaded and 5 ft. BB on 3 PtH. Moved a lot of dirt, snow, and some rocks.

Thanks to all for your efforts. I've not reported to my dealer yet - Don't expect much to happen, but I can weld mine if need be.

Sorry that I have been out of town for a couple of weeks. My KL120 serial number is 30224179 and it has hairline cracks at all four corners. I use it to move dirt, gravel and concrete blocks. During an occasional fit of pique and frustration on my part, the wood elves reportedly have seen me dig out a tree stump or two. Wood elves are usually unreliable narrators, I tell my wife, but in this case I 'fess up.
