Why do you live where you live?

Becuase its where my friends are which I have known since grade school. Also becuase I have not got a better job offer. Once I graduate I will move on to greener pastures.
Since im still in school im not going to uproot to an unfamilar place. I got a routine going on and right now familarity and routine is very important part of managing time.
It would take years to get another "routine" in a new town.

Moved up to MI for work 13 years ago. It's a little colder than we like. Our next move willl definitely be further south, hopefully IN, KY, or TN.

I grew up in a small neighborhood of about 20 houses which joined the city limits.
On or about 1963 my parents bought 2.33 undeveloped acres 2.3 miles on out tge state highway from there due to rumors that the propsed I 77 highway would take out their property where we lived.
As it turned out I 77 only took out a very small corner of thire place so they no longer had any neef for the 2.33 acres.
When the wife and I married in 1964 we bought a used trailer and moved it here to the 2.33 acres in 1966 after purchasing it at that time from my parents .
This month markes the 40 th annavisity that we've lived here.
Speaking of Interstate 77 I am only 2.3 miles from it .

July and August are the worst in summer and it's not unusual to see mid-90s, but upper-90s and 100s are rare. <br><br>I think people like the change of seasons not so much because they like them all, although some do. Rather because when you're in the season you like the least, you have something to look forward to. <br><br>
