Who's Minding The Farm? Contact Link Still Broken

Last month someone posted a note here that the Contact link at the bottom of forum pages produces an error page when clicked. That's still the case. I'm having another issue and would like some help, so I posted to that thread almost a week ago and am still hanging. Anybody know how to contact tech support without using the Contact link?

Pretty sure the OP is referring to the 2nd to the last line on the page which has a "Contact Us" link that goes to Contact Us - TractorByNet.com from there you go to http://www.tractorbynet.com/support/ which redirects to Page not found - 404 and it looks like the TBN kayako.com account is missing...

Yep, that's the one. Probably shoulda said "Contact Us".

Not only is the Contact Us link fixed, tech support answered my question last night.
