A little csi work tells me that picture was taken on sunset blvd, in Renton, WA. I think the wood was to block the mower up while they tied it. I love the "Safety" rope holding the steering wheel straight.

I wonder what the speed rating is for those front bearings and tires? I towed my sister in law's lawn tractor to my house to fix it last summer the same way...but I used my 8N and it was only a quarter mile.
