The 2nd Amendment says it is a "Right."
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
"I'm a member, but only because the local pistol & rifle club requires NRA membership to be a member. Otherwise, while I appreciate their efforts to protect the 2A, they also seem a bit too fanatical for my taste."

The men commonly referred to as the "Founding Fathers" were, during their time, called "fanatics". Sometimes to keep what you have and to do what is right a little "fanaticism" is in order.

I think this goes beyond Nuff' said. I see it as very well said.
Just remember, even with all going on in the world now, our founding fathers were viewed by some even here in our own country as fanatical terrorists.
