While bush hogging I got bogged down and it died now it won't start I disengaged the pto and put in neutral still won't crank

Are you saying that it won't crank over with the starter or that the engine won't start and run? IF it's not turning over than I would look for maybe a safety switch that the wires got pulled off by brush.

I would also check fuses. I had similar happen and it was a faulty plug in the wiring harness that keep blowing the fuse.
