I believe flow is the speed the backhoe will work.
Pressure (PSI) has more to do with digging power.

I know my DK 35 has enough flow (speed) to run my 8 1/2" backhoe.
And the relief valve (operating pressure) on my backhoe came set at 2150 PSI. My DK 35 makes that + easily. So I get full power and all the speed I need for this backhoe to work fine.
A Kioti 2485 backhoe would work the same on my DK 35. I have no doubt It would run a 2485 no problem.

I completely forgot about the RPM and backhoe speed I remember that now with my old DK40.

So with most of the kioti backhoes all of their operating pressure is 2466 psi. With that said does hydraulic flow affect anything with the backhoe? The only thing I can find about flow is faster speed as you mentioned and the higher the flow the more lifting capacity of the 3 point hitch whether or not that affects lift capacity of the loader I do not know.
