Update-although, the it cost more, I went with a Woods 72" over the JDMX6. Both are comparable, but the Woods Mid-Duty is: 1) a tad bit heavier than the JD, optional duel tail wheels (which I got), chains, and the Woods gearbox is rated at 120hp compared to the JD at 90hp. the JD did show a higher blade tip speed.
Even though the Woods dealer said I should have no problems hooking up the Woods mower to my JD iMatch with the correct bushings...I'm still a somewhat nervous about it - this is the first time I've ventured outside of the JD attachment line.
