Which LP Box Blade for BX2660

The two Land Pride choices are the BB0548 and the BB1548. They are both 48" and both have 4 scarifiers, the basic differences are:

BB0548 - 12" side boards; 277 pounds.
BB1548 - 17" side boards; 382 pounds.

BTW, the BX2660 manual specs the box blade maximums as 48" and 375 pounds.

I'm thinking the BB1548 is the way to go.

Any other suggestions?

With the BX, the 0548 may be your best bet. I'm not sure the 17" 1548 will come up off the ground far enough to be useable.

I have the BB1548 for my BX2660. This is the perfect match. Once you figure out how to use a box blade effectively, it is amazing the quality of work you can do. I went through the same comparison process a few years ago when I got mine.

The BB0548 has fussy little clips for adjusting the scarifiers while the 1548 has nice heavy pins. The extra weight of the 1548 will definitely be a benefit when you are scraping gravel driveways or when you have the top link extended to drag the rear blade for smoothing. Hands down, the 1548.
