Kubota B7500
I am looking to adapt the gator blades onto my Kubota. After doing a quick search on the net for "gator blade" I see that there are several ones to choose from. Does anybody know what part# or which blade to use for the RCK60-24B deck? This is the 60" deck that goes onto the B7500. Also is there any modification required or spacers needed to adapt the gator blade onto this deck. Thanks for any and all help! :)

BigDad - Thank you VERY much! I just ordered my set and can't wait for them to arrive. I have these on my little JD STX38 and they are excellent blades. Now that the leaves have arrived I am in dire need for them on the Bota. Thanks again for your help!;)

Update to this thread. I looked high and low trying to find a vendor offering these Gator blades for the RCK60-24B deck. Apparently, Oregon has a re-design hence a new Oregon P/N which is 96-787. This is the Gator Mulcher Magnum giving the higher lift as well as mulching effects. I just ordered a set from ASC (Agri Supply).

Same question here. My deck is slightly different from the OP'sm (RCK-F30) but I'm thinking of getting another set of blades. I will be mowing both with and without the blower/bagger attachment (the big one with hydraulic dump.).

Would those of you who actually HAVE put Gator blades on their Kubota decks be willing to share their observations?

Thanks in advance.

I put a set of the Gator Blades on my 60" deck last year and at first wasn't too impressed, they did seem to do a little better at picking up the tall grass than the original blades. Earlier this week I mowed an area that hadn't been mowed this spring and was really tall and wet, I have to say that I am convinced that the Gators have sold me now, there were no mashed down unmowed grass although I did have to mow slower than I normally do to let the grass clear the chute. If you use a set for a while I think you'll end up liking them. I did have to make the adapters to reduce the size of the hole in the middle to make them fit my spindle, but that's not rocket science.

I too replaced by standard blades for the Gators last season, I am also very happy. They are made of better steel because I did NOT have to sharpen them after a season of cutting. They were just as sharp, just a file on a few nicks from hitting rocks, BUT that was very few. And oh yea they do cut better, no bent over grass when the tires roll over the grass.
