I need a box blade for my new 3320, which brand should I get, and should I get a 5' or 6'. I have ag tires.

I brought 6' Frontier through my JD dealer and it has been a good buy. I am going to attach a Ratchet Rake to see what it will do. But it needs nothing added as it is sturdy and fairly low priced.

I have a 4310, which is similar hp. I use a 6 ft King Kutter with a hydraulic top link. I could not think of a better combination.

Do you use an Imatch? Does the king kutter match up with Imatch?

Agree, the iMatch with the hyd. top arm is for sure the way to go for a great combo.

If the BB doesn't match, then alter it so it does. Will make you happy.

The Deere dealer can give you his Frontier BB price. It may vary.

I agree that a six foot BB would be a nice fit for a 3320 for normal use. I have a five footer.....and dont use it too much as a box blade. Instead I hang lots of suitcase weights on mine and use it for ballast. I think it weighs about 900 lbs. Really can dig too. I like how compact it is....when I'm working in the woods.....which is most of the time.

I only have $200. in mine (plus the suitcase weights). I'm not sure which size I'd buy if buying again. I do like that it does not extend beyond my tire width.

I would opt for the 6' unit to cover your tracks. The 3320 is heavy enough to pull a 6' box blade, but i will warn you that if the rear tires aren't filled you will defiantly notice a loss in traction with the teeth down. :2cents:

The prices do vary. Our dealer sold it for a few Hundred dollars so I was surprised how low. I also got an Imatch which has been a Godsend foruse with the box blade, scraper and MX5.

You might also consider the Ratchet Rake as it has been unbelievable.

I've got the Frontier BB2065 (5 1/2') box blade on my 3320 and its been perfect for that size tractor. With the I-match and top & tilt it goes on or off in seconds. Cost was $800 new a few years ago.
