where to start with a Case 1490

okay here is how it goes my uncle gave me a case 1490 that had been parked out side for several years due to him getting a new tractor and not using it then when he went to use it the motor was locked up it has since been moved to a shed where at some point he tore it down some and put marvel mystery oil in it and there its sat for last 8 years or so I would like to get to work on it but don't know where I should start first and what are the big don't does everything seems to be there with the tractor and I would like to use it to bale and mow with since it has a canopy any help would be great thanks in advance
