Oil & Fuel Where is/are the glow plug(s)?

I've had three different men look for the glow plug. We are all certain it is not working. It's somewhere on a Mitsubishi S3L2 engine. Please give exact location (pictures too if possible).

It looks as if they are on top of the block on the right side, good luck.
