Keep mine in a heated garage year around glad I decided to install an outdoor woodburner when I built our house otherwise he would probably be unheated! My friend has one of those round top tarp shelters he keeps his Kubota in which is better then nothing and at $400 bucks you cant really go wrong!

I keep my BX 25 in my unheated garage. One problem in the winter is that I have to back it out of the garage right after start up, which is probably not so good for it. I don't want to warm it up inside the garage because of the accumulation of exhaust gases.
On my to do list is to get one of those flexible pipes, whereby you can run your exhaust straight out the wall while the tractor is warming up.

My BX is outside under a tarp most of the year. Winter I move it into the garage. Makes it easier when it snows to clear the drive. Open a window and door to warm it up.

I would not worry about easing it out of the garage. Just don't don't load it up. I do the same out of the barn.

When I originally bought the 2360 I stored it my 20x28 shop. While I was still away working I had a 30x50 garage built. This is. It enough for me to park the tractor, all but one of the implements and the vehicles in side out of any weather. The garage is unheated, but that may change at some point in the future. So right now I have the same issue as check wrote. Have to start it and move it outside to warm up.

When I first got my 8N I did not have anywhere to store it, so it stayed outside under the stars.
I soon made a metal cover attached over an unused gym set I put up for the grandkids that I could drive it under that at least kept it out of the rain.
After I built the wife a picnic shelter near the house at what used to be the kids basketball court, I would keep it under there, but she always complained about the oil leak puddles, so I usually still had to use the cover over the gym set.
We finally got around to putting up a carport cover on a concrete pad just so I'd have somewhere out of the rain to work on stuff and store the tractor so I could dig up the gym set and scrap it.
Since I got my 861D I got it stored back under the picnic shelter since it does not leak oil until I sell the 8N. Then I can put it back under the carport cover where it was overhauled.

Stays in our barn that dad and I built in the late 70s. I need to take my wreath and lights down. My ROPS stays down to clear the doorway. Our place is flat as a pancake.
