I have a B7500HST and recently at 45 hours performed my 50 hour maintenance. When my tractor was new one of the first things I did was check the engine oil, front axle hydro oil and rear hydro oil. Of course, all were within the indicated range on their various dipsticks. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Since that time I have only regularly checked the engine oil. I have had the FEL on and off about a half dozen times and have had a few drops leak out each time, which I figured was normal. I was not concerned because I knew that the hydro capacity was over 3 gallons. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif When I did my 50 hour service I did not check the hydro level beforehand and just drained it from both indicated rear plugs. I would guess that just slightly more that 1 1/2 gallons came out. I changed both filters and know that they would have added a little more to the total quantity. I triple checked the capacity in the manual to be sure it read 3.3 gallons. After putting the 2 new filters on and filling it I would have to say it took 3.3 gallons. So what happened to about 2 gallons of my hydraulic fluid? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif The tractor is always inside my pole barn or shed and I have never noticed any leaks while it has been parked nor did I see any evidence of leaking while I was underneath doing the service. Am I missing something here; I'm new to hydraulics on a tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
