Wheel bolts for B6000

I know I know...so my wife was using my Kubota B6000. She didn't realize the wheel bolts had come loose and the next thing she knows the wheel falls off. So...the threads are shot. I have the wheel and the hub off. Do these things just unscrew? It looks like it. Where can I get new threaded studs?

Did you try chasing the threads in the hubs with a tap?

.... so the hubs are not tapped, but rather Kubota has threaded studs protruding?
I am sure the dealer can tell you the fix. I am sure it has happened many times before, to lots of people
