Wheel bearing b2630

Looking for ideas, the left front wheel bearing (outer) on my b2630 has broken three times on now. The outer race on the bearing shatters, balls run to top, shaft drops and eats the seal, big oil mess too. This time it cracked the outer gear case cover..Never happens on right wheel. Not hard to repair just getting tired of doing it. Parts aren't cheap either. I do have a loader on it but it's designed for one wouldn't think it would be from weight thanks

I would make sure you have the gear shimmed correctly? I broke my left side on my b26 but its was not the machines fault.

This is a regular event for me on my L2550DT. I keep two spare sets on hand (two bearings and a wheel seal kit.) In fact, I did the process again two weeks ago. I have greatly reduced the frequency by returning my wheels to the "narrow" position thus placing less load on the outer bearing but apparently I still have occasional failures.

I believe the outer bearing is the weakest link in how much you can haul in the loader on bumpy roads...
