Wheat diseases?

I decided to plant a little (and I do mean just a little) wheat this year. Around 1 pound of some wheat that spilled on the floor on the way to the grinder.

It's come up nicely, however I noticed one or two wheat heads that were covered in a fine dark powder.

Does anyone know what this is? See attached photo (circled in red).
