Came across this for sale. There was only the first picture..... I figured 'universal skidsteer to three point adapter', right?

Wrong. Seller sent me a pic of the other side per my request. Now it has my curiousity. I know someone here will know exactly what it is / what it fits. Perhaps a proprietary skidsteer mount from before Bobcat's patent expired?

Interesting I have no idea , but have marked the page to find out later when some responds. At the least its a potential to be made into a something...

I would have guessed exactly what you did. I have something similar with a QA plate on the back. You could easily weld a QA plate on the back of this device you show though and then it would indeed become a universal 3pt adapter for the FEL.
