Backhoe What's this part?

So I found another part of my tractor while using the backhoe. Guess I'm glad I spotted it... I wonder about all the parts that come off I never know about.

Anyway, anyone know where this might go? It is obviously a plug for something.

I think it's a stop not a plug.

Check where the outrigger/stabilizer arms can bang against the backhoe frame when you raise them up. Looks like one of those.
