Whats the point of the BX model?

I could have done this without a tractor, but it is more fun, more productive, and easier on the body with a tractor.

Henro: the point was to ask basically what everyone does with there Bx model tractors but not directly asking the question.

I once worked with a guy who often advised "Don't ask a question you don't want to hear the answer to!"

I put that advice in my pocket years ago and over the years have found it quite meaningful... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

"Don't ask the question you want to hear the answer to..." is new on me.

I am not sure why one would want to do that. Seems like when you did that you got the thread heading in a direction that produced no useful result. Fortunately it came back on track on its own. Other threads have not turned out so positive in the past...

 Im planning on buying a small ranch 50+/- acres so id buy something like that. Thanks to who replied. 

Information like this is what helps people here respond with opinion, experience and advice that most would want to hear. I think if you started out with this tone, you would have gotten even more good thoughts to consider.

I don't mean this to be a flame. I'm just the kind of guy that often tells it like he sees it. I don't think this thread started out in a positive way like most TBN threads do.

This is unfortunate as you seem sincere in your desire to know the answer to the question you did not ask...

Personally, I believe that he is trying to redeem himself and back peddling. Just my opinion, nothing more.

Henro: I understand where your coming from but i do admit i should of reworded my question. Although i did get alot of good information on uses for the specific model.

By the way, whats Junkman talking about? lol..

For one with experience in this area ..... I can say that when the emergency room doctor says "They make machines that do that now." You get the hint real quick that you might want to save your body and get a tractor, any tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

When people ask me "What do you need a tractor like that for?" I say "One trip to the emergency room will pay for half of the tractor." Sometime when we get older we do get smarter..
