Whats it worth?

Cleaning out my mother home and she has an MTD GT1846, it has been sitting (garaged) since my stepdad passed in 2004.It has a grasscatcher and I think it was only 2 years old when he passed, so its in pretty good shape (8 out 10, but I think it may be a 9 when I wash it up). I sniffed the fuel, changed the battery, air up the tires, checked the oil, and it fired right up. It is a 6 speed hi/low. Ma has to sell everything as she is in a home now and th house is in her name, so my wife and I are cleaning it up. Curious what ya'll thought it may be worth on a fair price, high and low price.

I would probably start at $1200 and let it ride for a bit. Where is Benton in PA? If rural... its gonna be a lot tougher to sell for a high (but fair) price.

My guesses after scoping the used garden tractor market for a while now:
High - 1500
Fair - 1000
low - 750
