...and flatly refused to even replace the broken part..which is available for $17.50?????

I wonder if he'll evern realize that if he had replaced the broken part, you would never have contacted the supplier and nobody would have known about his illegal activities. He's going to be out allot more then $17.50 by the time it's all said and done, and rightly so!!!!!!!!!!

I'd do what I could to see that the authorities get all the information they need, then go out and buy my child a good Bell helmet. I remember an old Bell ad from my sports car racing days " If you've got a $10 head, buy a $10 helmet."
