What to buy

Purchased 5 acres. 3 or so will need a rotary mower several times per yr. I also want to plant many arca palms around the perimeter.
At first, I thought I’d buy an older tractor w 1000 or more hours w a rotary mower and no FEL and maybe spend the rest of the budget (40k max total) on a used skid steer. Then I began looking and thought with the sand here, I’d prob need tracks instead of wheels , and just not sure how easy it would be to dig holes for the palms. (Maybe there’s a better attachment that the blade)
Then I saw these TYM tractors and heck, I can get a 557 w cab delivered for about 34 w a rotary mower. I can get the 654 version w rotary deliv for 40k. I was thinking of using a spade blade on the bucket for the digging. Another option, if I could find one , is a 557 w backhoe for 39 delivered. Anyway, any info appreciated.

That's a pretty large tractor for maintaining 5 acres!

Thanks guys. I appreciate any help. I did see a nice 65 hp shuttle shift LS in NFL for sale. 32k. I grew up on a farm
In KY and we had manual JD tractors that were dependable. But a few $ more and I can just get a new TYM.
I talked with the salesman who was very helpful again. He said if i go w T574 w hst, prob a 6’ titan rotary would be the way to go. Also said that if I step up to T 654, could swing a 7’ mower. But, for that kind of money, I am thinking the T754 w backhoe would be a more useful tractor setup.
I think they priced that setup at 36 or so.

A Bucket Spade is an excellent tool for planting trees.
$400 rather than $6,000.

Tracks are not necessary for operating a 4-WD tractor in dry sand unless sand conditions are very unusual. I am in Florida. I operate over sand regularly.
