What slip clutch for 3120?

Hey guys. My new flail mower/shredder's documentation didn't mention anything about shear pin so I'm thinking about adding one. Is this what I'm looking for and does the specs look about right? This is my first attempt at hooking something up to PTO so please excuse the ignorance. Also, where do you normall install it, on the Tractor side or on the implement side?

Yeah, that's it. That's a fair price, too. They're ~$85 from AgriSupply. They go on the implement. Be sure to adjust it when you install it as they tend to be fully tightened and/or painted stuck when new.

Thanks for the tip. I looked at the implement and the tractor and it seems to me that in order to attach the slip clutch at the implement side, the plastic shroud will need to be removed. If you look at the images, you'll see what I'm talking about. I would like to avoid that if possible for the sake of safety. There seems to be more room at the tractor side of the driveshaft. If anyone knows, is it OK to attach this device on the tractor side instead? Thanks in advance.
