What size wheel (rim)?

I have broken the front wheel/rim on my TU 150 FD. The Ag tire that was mounted on it originally is a 5x12 and the current turf tire is a 6x12.
Two questions: 1) what size rim is it and 2) does anyone have an idea as to where I might find one?

Sideways, I haven't seen that neck of the woods in years. We moved out of Maryland in 1978.

Update on the broken wheel - my mechanic routed out the cracks (each of the lug holes had cracks radiating out from the edges) on both sides of course. Then he welded each crack, front and back then ground the beads down flush. He then fabricated a "spider?" plate of 1/4 inch steel and welded it to the inside of the wheel. Now the hub "rests" solely on the 1/4 " plate. This fix/reinforcement necessitated longer lug bolts with new washers. Got both wheels reinforced for $200 less tax and new bolts. Hope it works well as the loader puts just that much more stress on the entire front end.
