Okey Dokey. It is a latin quote, "the eagle doesn't catch flies" In other words, the eagle doesn't bother with small stuff.
You really should get a smart phone.
And a QR code is just another type of "bar code" that can point to web sites or darn near anything. And there are many apps in the app store to read these codes automagicilly on your smart phone. I used Google goggles in this case. Just open Google goggles, and point your smart phone at the QR code and the haptic feedback will buzz one time and it will automatically scan the code and return a result. Google goggles can do a WHOLE lot more too. Including looking at a photograph or scene, and returning a result. It isn't always right, but sometimes it is eerily correct.
