What is the Strength of "LS" Dealer Network ?

Wish I had a close LS dealer. I would have got a quote from them. I like Blue.

rlg, I'm looking at the LS brand now (XU5065PS). My place is in Flatonia. There are 3 dealers within a reasonable range. RCO, RJ in Giddings and one in Seguin. Did you buy from RCO? If so, do you take your tractor there for service/warranty etc...

I spole with RCO this morning and the salesperson was very helpful. Your input/experiences would be appreciated.

Contact John Ryan at RCO in Austin. I looked at both RJ and Dietz (bought an 8240 Ford from Mark Dietz when we had our place near Praha, in Fayette County) and decided that RCO is worth a 100 mile drive one way. You will not regret it.

John told me yesterday that LS will be upping HP on the XU's very soon. Think the XU5065's will go from 65 to 68 HP.

Rick,

Thanks for the reply. I've spoke with John several times and he seems like a straightforward guy. I like that. I plan on driving up next weekend. I'm now leaning towards a cab tractor. Probably a 7010. While it's more than I really need, the cost to move up isn't that much (compared to the cost of needing more hp later) plus it might resale better.

The only problem with the larger tractor is ill have to upgrade my trailer to haul it.

The last time I was at RCO John had a XU with cab in stock and think it was a XU5065. One thing I really like about the XU's is the Auto-Level bucket on the FEL. Wish I had it on my new XR4046HC for pallet fork work.

Only down-side to the P7010 is that it is not a power-shuttle ... just standard clutched shuttle. Not sure if that's important to you, but if so, you have to get the newer P7030/7040, or XU5065.

Murph my dealer is in Thompson about 1.5 hrs from I-71and RT18. Danny and PJ Robison are good people and very helpful. Their number is 440-298-3318. There is a dealer in Canton if I am not mistaken . They were advertising in The FARM and Dairy this summer but I can not remember their name .
