what is the capacity of the hyraulics on 3200 cub

Dont know the flow numbers but the Front can handle a snow thrower weighing about 300 lbs, with plenty more lift ability left (guess around 450 lbs) based on a few with johnny bucket setups. The rear 3pt can easyily handle a heavy 3 pt box blade (400- 500lbs)...

Do the 3K series have a seperate hydraulic pump? I thought the p-steering/ft/rear hydraulics tap off the hydrostatic drive unit.

The 3k series has a Hydraulic Steering Pump off the transaxle. It is separate from the hydro drive unit. It appears that the steering pump also drives the lift cylinder(s). Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong about this.

All of the auxillary hydraulic functions of the Cub Cadets (lift, power steering, remotes, ect) are powered by the charge pump for the hydrostatic pump system. A seperate pump to run these functions was never used.

Section 10 of the Series 3000 Technical Handbook shows pictures of the Removal and Replacement of the Hydraulic Steering Pump. It shows pressure lines from the Charge Pump to Steering Pump and Steering Pump to both Front and Rear of Steering Cylinder.
