I'll thank the litigants. No lawyer has ever talked me into suing anyone. You can thank the lawyers for that.

Tractor Supply has become a clothing store that sells some farm/ranch items.
I've talked to a lot of people that said they don't know nothing about the crime I was investigating. Sounds kind of like a confession.Did you know that you can now buy nothing? Just heard about it this morning...

Maybe not you, but the US system makes it no risk for suits. Companies save money by settling out of court and pass the costs of the suits and the mitigation on to the rest of us, all on the advice of lawyers. The laws themselves are written primarily by lawyers.I'll thank the litigants. No lawyer has ever talked me into suing anyone.

That's the opposite of a peeve, for me. I'm glad they finally have to name all of the side effects. How 'bout the fast talk disclaimers at the (usually) end of a radio commercial, and the "potential side effects" on medication ads - that seemingly take up half the commercial?
That was mentioned and discussed on page one, or shortly thereafter. How about when people post a topic and don't have subject verb agreement?
Some pet peeves ARE. One pet peeve IS.
Thanks for joining this EdTalk.
300+ pages...I read the title and reply. If we were trying to solve someone's tractor issue, I probably would have read through them first. That was mentioned and discussed on page one, or shortly thereafter.
