Not in Iowa.Not just Florida, have a blind child and you can have a sign for every vehicle and the child does NOT have be transported. Some abuse it to no end. IMHO
In NM the handicapped placards have the name and photo of the person it is issued to. Of course this doesn’t apply to the handicapped license plates.Not in Iowa.
If you park in a handicap parking spot, the name of the person on the handicap placard must be in the vehicle when it was parked there.
The local police. The fine can be substantial, and sometimes towing and a whole lot more, if the cop is given an incentive by the owner.And who enforces that.
